The public home began with a deliberately lightweight foundation: static pages, direct navigation, no accounts, no tracking, and no infrastructure added merely to make the site appear more active than it is. That foundation leaves room for the record to grow truthfully over time.
Future public additions can extend that record only when there is something factual and useful enough to preserve.
