Complex work fragments quickly. Decisions, code, evidence, lessons, and unresolved questions can separate until the organization no longer holds a coherent account of its own work.

Wayforge remains a private internal system in active development. Its public presentation is intentionally limited to purpose, role, and approved high-level boundaries.

Evidence / current state
What this public experience can support.
Public evidence includes the approved organizational purpose, in-development state, and one intentionally bounded Work Center frame captured from an isolated synthetic evaluation store. No private work record, prompt, or operational data is published.

The boundary is part of the evidence.
There is no public sign-up, login, launch path, or implied application access. The published synthetic frame is evidence of interface structure only; private operational depth remains outside the public boundary.
