WHY IT EXISTS
Complexity creates navigational risk
Local success can still lose the reason the work began.
Consequential work crosses people, systems, decisions, evidence, and time. At each handoff, the original human purpose can fade while local activity continues to look successful.
The Navigation Guidance Model exists to maintain a truthful line of sight: from the person and intended outcome, through bounded work and evidence, to authorized use and the human effect that follows.

HUMAN OUTCOME INTENT CONTINUITY
Carry the purpose through consequential handoffs
The original intent must remain recognizable at the point of use.
Human Outcome Intent states, in human terms, who should benefit, what should change, and what must remain protected. Continuity means that intent stays visible as authority, work, evidence, readiness, and use pass between people or systems.

If explanations or review are removed to gain speed, the intended human outcome may be weakened even though the local metric improves.
LESS INFORMED
Navigation Control: reconnect the local result to the original human intent before calling the outcome successful.
Model validation boundary
The model must earn bounded trust too.
The Navigation Guidance Model is not exempt from its own evidence standard. This public explanation does not claim universal effectiveness, complete validation, or suitability for every consequential context.
Conceptual coherence is not real-world proof. The model’s value, limitations, transferability, and failure modes require bounded evidence and continued review. Readiness to study or apply one part of the model does not create authority for every use.
